A powerful winter storm is rolling through Colorado bringing much-needed snow to the High Country and Front Range. Denver7 is tracking the latest weather impacts below.

Denver has seen a 38-day snowless streak this winter, the longest since 2009, but potential snowfall on Friday may finally bring relief.

Denver temperatures were expected to approach near-record highs on Monday ahead of Tuesday’s rain showers, according to the National Weather Service.

With only traces of snow falling in Denver in February, the city officially tied its record for the least-snowy February since 1882, according to the National Weather Service.
