I finished this fillet brazed quill stem with integrated light switch today and got it (and the rack set) off to the chrome plater. It went swimmingly for the most part aside from a few pinholes. These show up under chrome so I have to fill them in with a little 1/32” silver rod as seen here. I also show the wire holes in the quill/bolt and how the stem goes together. There is a quill bolt “stop” brazed about 35mm from the top to allow clearance for the switch height. Fun stuff! #filletfriday #f
