These mongooses came to Lilongwe Wildlife Centre last year just a week into life. Caring for them was a new challenge for us as we don’t often work with animals that eat fish! 🐟 Once they'd developed the skills to dig up insects and fish items out of water, we knew they were ready for release! They were returned to the wild in a lakeshore area with large open fields and permanent dams.
